1994 silverado under hood

Can anyone give me advise on relocating thr driver side wiring harness to lay out on 22's I already have fenders tubbed,Also when i drop down in the back my gas tank hits the ground.Is there a way to raise gas tank?? My drop spindles have the numbers 2400 on them maybe there belltech not sure.
