do it your self c notch

i wana build my own c notch out of 2x4 tubing whats the best way to make them and make them strong

something like this, not necessarily these angles but you get the idea

thank you that helps alot i have two questions now why is the front longer? and were the cuts would be how do i make those strong?

weld it

the front is longer cause suually the front of the frame is lower and after the rear the frame isnt as low. you could gusset up the welds at each meeting for extra strenth but if you bevel the edges of the notch pieces, the weld will penetrate better than a blunt edge. weld in notches are better option if you are building your own notch. once you cut your frame, your not going to remove any notch you install so why not weld it in
