Unbelievable as always. How do you get the indents in the panels with those wood forms? Is it a two piece form or something like that?

The wood MDF panels are basicly used as a guide or a fence for our die to ride along so that step is straight and uniform to the wood. We use a machine called a Pullmax to acheive this. ( LSOH has a vibra shear which is a similar machine) Basicly it has an upper and lower die that are male and female similar to a bead roller except instead of rolling they move vertically up and down. I will see if I have any in action pics that i can post up.
