Air Manifold... where can i get one

I'm looking for an air manifold close to the one that i have pictured here. I'd like to have 4-8 outlets on it if possible, and also be something larger then 1/4"... this one would be perfect, but the inlet is 3/8 but the 5 outlets are all 1/4.  I'm running all 3/8 on my truck again so i'm not needing anything huge but i'm not really wanting to bottle neck my whole system through a 1/4 block...

 

have you checked fastenal, or any of your local industrial supply houses?  out here we have grainger, tacoma screw, williams oil filter, etc...maybe even hydraulic shops (not automotive)?  

Not sure what we've got around here along those lines but i'll be looking for one now... I've checked at the local truck supply depot, harber freight, and a few other places with no luck...
