smoothie rear bumper for suburbans?

97 burb rear bumper smoothie...do they exist? or should i make my own..also i heard 96 to 2010 e series van bumpers fit...any links or ideas..sik of roll pans...

Street Scene makes a cover http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?id=SSERBMPCV01&c=EX&m=a I have a 1999 Tahoe Limited, I used a Escalded rear bumper cover cause it covers my hitch as well, but the urethane part is a little costly.

id rather just smooth mine then have it rechromed..
