Need offset help with my 06 tacoma wheels!

Can anyone tell me what off set i need to tuck on my 06 with a 19in wheel! im bagging it and body dropping it so i need the correct offset?

the recommended offset for a 19" wheel , in width 7.5 to 8.5 is........... +35 to +40 .... if its any wider you need more ,,,, hope this helps
