Had a bike crash back in '96 or so (not my first and so far not my last) and jacked myself up pretty good, once I healed up a little I went to a friend that is a massage therapist so she could work out some knots in my leg and back. Shit hurt like crazy and I was dizzy after she got through each time. At one point she had me lay on my stomach and grip the table while she pulled on my legs in an attempt to straighten me out, my back muscles had pulled in on one side from hobbling around on my gimp leg.

Anyway she tells me if I keep going like that I'm gonna be in a wheelchair by the time I'm 40. Dammit if it doesn't seem like she might be right...feel like a cripple!

Back to the music topic, now I guess it's time to crank up some really old Motorhead and try for the &quot;half committed&quot; headbang so I don't give myself a headache..
