---------------------------------------------Originally posted by tcknrllGreat built!! just wondering, if the heim joint will be strong enough comparing to a swivel balls. Also what size cylinder are you running up front, and i am assuming your using accumulators, my qus. do you have, to set them at a certain pressure to get a good ride on that truck . Any feed back will be great ---------------------------------------------Heim joint on what parts? The 1/2" heims on the cylinders have a static load strength of 16,242lbs, the 5/8" heims are 17,959lbs, and the 3/4" heims are 28,090lbs. So yeah, I think they will hold up. The front and rear cylinders are both 8". The accumulators will need a custom charge to make it ride good. I think the last full size chevy I did had 400 in the front, so that is probably where I will start. It had a v6 though.

i can just see you typing and having to look over at the fk catalog four or five times to get the spec numbers right...lol did you have to bring the catalog in front of the computer or did you make a copy and tape it to that little roll out shelf under the keyboard. i would think by now you would have your suppliers in a binder with a big tre5 logo airbrushed on the front.

Actually I have all the specs and prices on an excel spread sheet. What they didn't give you that?

Jimmy.. the internet doesn't convey your sarcasim, but it does show off your insane spelling (Foddrills). You are also very good at taking threads off topic so in order to keep it on topic I have a pic for the thread. Fuel tank is in, plumed, and wired. Hopefully it starts up tomorrow!

Rear set up kind of looks like the way josh set up his ranger, minus the coil overs and IRS.

---------------------------------------------Originally posted by THE_CRUCKRear set up kind of looks like the way josh set up his ranger, minus the coil overs and IRS.---------------------------------------------I am sorry, I just dont see it. The setup looks more like the Mitsubishi I did. The cantilever pivot is almost identical. This one is about 1/2" in longer, but it also pushes on the lower link bar instead of directly on the axle. The cylinder is also more angled upwards.

This is chrome, like chrome has been done for years. What is the spectra chrome thing?
