damn, how can you guys feel comfortable building that on wooden blocks on the ground? that shit would frighten me.  Good luck with it all, looks like your off to a good start.   Taylor

2 1/2 will flex man. I learned the hard way and built one years back and it flexed when the cab went back on. Costly misteak i had to redo.

we used the 4x4's  cause my shop is not level, but everything is level.  Never had a flex issue with 2 1/2 x 2 1/2
