I want to ditch the nitrogen setup and run an edc. My problem is there is not much room at all but the alternator pulley is easy to get to and there are plenty of bolts to mount a bracket.

is there something comparable to the york 209 but a little smaller? or is the 209 the smallest.

also can you just use any ac compressor or is there something special about the Yorks?

Anyone have pics of an edc on a front wheel dive car?

Sandens are a much better choice for EDC on a FWD

Yorks have a oil bath, Sandens dont. Sandens actually work really good, you just need to run a inline oiler to keep the pump lubricated. We have had two or three guys running factory snadens for years and never had a problem. Im actually gonna run one on my 66 Cadillac. And I currently have a york in my fullsize. Im not partial to either. Sandens like yorks came in alot of different vehicles, I seem to find them on 90+ fords.

Just get a sanden and put in a zerk fitting and load it up with high temp grease, no need for an oiler

You should use either a 508 or 709.
