anybody use a mityvac to bleed brakes? need help

Got one just no directions............anybody have the directions or know how to use one properly to bleed brakes?

did my sport bike brakes with one...
hose to bleeder, applied 15 before opening bleeder...pumped, opened bleeder....repeat...
thats how i did my 636..
