No cups are not off center and mine lays with a 27.3 tall tire so you will have to dehump the lowers. I recommend getting a spindle

well here is another question off that subject but has anyone ran a 2 inch drop spindale with a 15 inch rim and it did not hit the tie rod?

They don't hit the tie rods anymore, mine hit the LCA arm until I trimmed the "rain gutter"
