I am also jealous of the shop space. I am looking to move into a bigger shop this year, and it's depressing how expensive it is here. It's a damn dollar a foot for wharehouse space. ---------------------------------------------Originally posted by TuckingLugs05what about lifted trucks with stright axles...they look like they have none .....i know in racing they set them up to handle the turns but its not like we are taking turns at 100mph..just asking--------------------------------------------- They have no camber because the axle stays flat in a turn, same as a rear axle. With independent suspension, the body roll effects the suspension geometry because the control arms are changing angles. A solid axle is a constant, and the tires will always remain with the same contact unless the suspension is being maxed out and lifting a tire.

It's always my first step, and sometimes I just build a bigger drop spindle. It looks like he's done the same thing here, building some drop into the spindle he used.
