great work! I was wondering how you welded straight but now I know!
I dont know if this is considered ghetto or inovative lol ...either way it gets the job done and it works.

Well, i worked at a driveline shop for years, you learn a few interesting tricks on how to weld round pieces on their outside edge. it works good tho, espically for welding bungs into 4link bars... Taylor

Wow, my gf looking over my shoulder. "babe does he weld that with the lathe on?" fire that old boy up n strike an arch with it at 1,000 rpm let us know how it looks!. And yes I did tell her, that you hand turn the chuck lol (at least i hope!.) PS plz dont hit auto feed unintentionally with the torch on the crossfeed!

hahaha, i had installed a creeper gear on that lathe, so it spun slow enough to weld with it running, so all i had to to was control the amperage and filler... it was nice. i did accidentally run it once with the lathe at 480rpm and didnt realise it.... it wouldnt even strike an arc haha. Taylor

just getting worked on. Fixing all the shotty work that was done to it origionally, it was far more than either of us had expected would need done. going for a fully assembled and powdercoated rolling chassis for camp n drag. maybee updates soon, but just too much going on lately, some day it will slow down enough again to update the projects that are in the shop.
