I outgrew it before I even moved in! Im moving out of a 6600sqft shop into a 2400 sqft shop! But at least this one is mine and not someone elses that Im renting.

At least now you own that shop, you just have to dictate what comes in and out. Turn the rides out quick and no worries...if you are going that route. If not it's still damn nice anyway!

Ive never had heat or AC in any of my shops so I can deal with it. Its more of my personal shop anyways. I have done nothing but lost money building trucks for other people.
