LOL, Diabolic, I am in Canada and couldn't agree more. I am black, so I have first hand experience with racisim. Getting my ass beat, and beating peoples asses. I have no problem with ANYONE wanting to legally leave their country, and come to mine for a better life. (I was born in Canada).

I do have a friggin big problem with immigrants leaving "wherever" coming to Canada, then bitching about all the shit they demand so they feel like they are back in their motherland. What the fuck? Then the punk ass govt gives into their stupid demands and they go "hmmmmm, wonder how far we can take this?"

We have the RCMP, began as the Northwest Mounted Police-switched to the Royal Canadiand Mounted Police, a tradition going back to 1873. They switched the laws to include turbans as an official acceptable part of the uniform in the early 90's.

Now don't get me wrong I respect the beliefs of others, I am a Christian and treat others with the same respect I would like to be treated with. But i just can't figure out why come to another country then start demanding stuff?

Dude, I am not going to India and going to the govt and telling them "oh by the way in Canada i'm used to not smelling all this spicy food, and where are all the Tim Horton Doughnut shops? Ya'll figure you could get on that, and while you're at it fix your healthcare system?"

They'd friggin shoot me, and rightly so as far as i'm conserned. Dunno and it's not just the east indian immigrants, lots of different immigrants grunt and groan and i'm sick of it. I have always enjoyed my Canadian life, as you have enjoyed your American lives. I would NEVER suggest a change to something that had a lasting heritage that wasn't offensive or oppressive to any race or gender of people.

Unfortunately the govt officials want to remain in power, and we require immigration because no one here can afford to have kids with all the friggin taxes they have. So to kill 2 birds with one stone they open the doors wide to immigration to balance everything out...then as they enter Canada give em a nudge and say "oh by the way don't forget who let you in the door dude. If you want your brothers and sisters to get in remember me on election day."

So we get an influx coming to the area I live in, but the govt doesn't send enough cash to support all the immigration issues that arise with transfer payments (ie they take alot cause lots of people live here, but don't give enough back to the municipalities (cities) to support the population). So the cities have no choice but to start cutting back, and raising the prices of everything.

I guess what i'm trying to say is there is no easy answers, but no one has the balls to admiit it...they enjoy the comfy life...why make waves...ps joe taxpayer, here's another tax increase I need another coat of wax on my Lincolin.

Im glad america isnt the only ones that have these problems. It kinda sucks but nobody with any common sense ever gets elected so we end up with a bunch of dumb asses making laws, juxt my .02
