Ok, so I had an Idea, I was thinking about basically welding another 2x2 1/4 tubing to the existing lower bar, make it step in toward the middle and then that way I would only have to redo both lower bars and the just the mounts on the axel. Anybody think this might work? Here is a pic of what I'm trying to say

you could do that i guess but cutting off those brackets from the axle and cleaning it up then aligning the bars again and all that shit youd be done if you just cut a square hole in the side of the frame box it in and move the bag over
