you guys have no idea how helpful this is, or how many nights I trying to do the measurements. I did research it, but I think the words or terms I use, or maybe the search engine were off. I would search for suburban dimensions... Anyways thak you alot. Im also looking for an axle spec sheet and measurements, probably for a 10 bolt out of a 68 camaro same with ball joints. Tryed using what Qa1 has on they're website, but it didnt give enough info.

Be careful with the 3x3...  i built my orignal frame for my supercab ford out of 3x3x 1/4, using 3/8 wall under the cab and when the truck was up on stands- it wobbled and flexed in the middle.  I know the burban would have the benefit of a giant one piece gusset (the body) but mine having the joint between the cab and the bed still made me nervous so i'm going to rebuild that frame. The frame i built for my bronco is 3x4x1/4 and it has a shitload more rigidity. Just food for thought-  reinforce that bitch! can't wait to see more- those look badass laid out on big rims!

Yeah thats a long frame. I would consider using 2x4 over 3x3. The strength is in the vertical section. If you go 3x3 or 2x3 I would defintiely suggest double rails for the main rails.
