how can i find out the diffrece in a stock spring and a lowere spring

before i bagged my truck i had a 5/7 on my 93 fullsize x-cab and i had 255/35/20 tires on my truck and it rubbed pretty good. i couldnt hit descent dips n the road without my tires hittin the inner fender tubs. if it were me i would run a 4/6 just from my expeirence

i'm good in the back i clear all around i'm gonna raise the front back up gettin some springs or something however i have to do it to get it up an inch or so
