S-10 Front Clip Center Line

I am looking for the center line between the upper/lower control arms.
 
From my measurements I drew a line where the center seems to be, but it seems impossible to get a correct measurement.
 
 
 
 

snap some chalk line maybe

I am basically trying to see if the larger hole is the center line.  Or where the center line is in relation to the larger hole
