how can i fix the camber with out drop spindles
You'll get a ton of positive camber when the arm flatens out though the suspension travel if you just shim it out or make it longer from the stock mount.
Drop spindles are your friend. I have paid as little as $150 for a set of AIM spindles with shipping. You could probably find used AIM spindles cheaper, and used DJM around that price.
X2 on the spindles. They way you are talking about doing will only solve one issue and cause several more. Watch e-bay or try a want add on here for a used set or go with AIM for a new set at a good price.
