wiring custom gauges??? any help???

ok so I'm building a steel dash and I ordered some dolphin gauges, does anyone have any ideas on how to go about wiring them up? Do I cut the factory harness off and figure out whats what?? Any help would be badass Im trying to get this thing finished for texmex
