thanks for the help. do u hook the pac 80 or stinger up just like the solenoid?
On the top posts of the solenoid, 1 is for your power and the other goes to your comps. The smaller posts 1 goes for ground and the other to your pressure switch. Hope that helps
I had the same issues....went with an 80 amp stinger....have had no problems since (going on 2 years or so now with it)
Also, make sure you run atleast 8ga. for your power to the solenoid
hell yeah thanks alot, i found 1 on suicidedoors.com
Can you buy those locally at a parts store or do you have to get them online
you can get those stinger solonoids at most car audio shops, i got mine from a buddy a while back, just hooked it up friday and it works great, and looks alot better than 2 relays with 8 wires running everywhere
dude ur spending all this money u dont have to spend just run the constant 12volt wire straight to the battery and switch the solinoid to the ground side so hook up the ground wire to the solinoid so the switch ur running will switch on the ground insted of the power.....you should always switch the ground on compressors never switch the 12volt constant it becomes a fire hazard if u switch the power and save ur money
