We got a stupid athletic director from the west coast who hired a stupid nfl coach to "modernize" things. He got rid of the walk on program and started getting all these "players" who where just in it hoping to eventually play in the nfl and only cared about themselves.

Everyone always bashes the fact that we have like 10 or so starters that begin as walk ons. I think it is great, these kids just want to play football, they work their tales off and earn playing time. When Tom Osborne was the coach when he went to recruit he'd tell the kids "we''ll give you an education, and maybe you can play some football for us." Bill Callahan would promise scholarships and playing time, We got a bunch of selfish crybabies. Now we're getting back to having players. I really think our new coach is going to rock.

yea i wish MIchigan would keep in a coaching tradition like the legnedary bo, or llyod carr. both wanted education and the guys who would bust there butts.... now we got rich rod from West virgina and took a crap big time

texas just got beat out of the championship game, even after texas beat both teams that are in.....something wrong...............

Ya the bcs is screwed. We'll show them all in the bowl games. We do every year and they still think these sec teams are so good.

yea we beat the sooners (at a neutral site by the way) by 10 points.

Hate to say it, but Oklahoma doesn't play anyone thats worth beatin up on, and the only team that is good....BEAT THEM.......60 points against teams means one thing, your competition is no good...as far as championship game goes.....The Sooners won their first try in 2001 against Florida State, but have lost their last two — to LSU after the 2003 season and to Southern California after the 2004 campaign.not very good winning record ....I guess they are the Ohio state of the south...
