air valve placement???

If the valves are closer to the bags do the bags fill faster than having the valves right at the air tank?

yes there is less of a distance for the air to travel to. but the farther away the valves are the softer the ride it gives it i do believe.  

Here's what I did,made manifolds with check valvesThe front ones are next to the frame under the doors.

Thanks for the help......also I am currently running 3/8 valves and 3/8 airline..if i change the airline to 1/2 will i notice a big difference?  Again thanks for the help
