Balljoint Cups

So I have decided to build a set of lower s10 control arms,have a jig ready just lackin the main parts,cups and DOM. could csomeone point me in the right direction to where i could get some cups machined and the best place to get some DOM. Also what would be the best size to use. i will be using factory s10 balljoints if that matter,unless i can get a screw in type?
