I'm looking for a behind dash mount brake booster setup. Kugel Komponents makes one but is there anyone else. Here is a pic of the Kugel one.

sorry i cant be of any help but, how do u fill the resevoir if its under the dash?????

late model dodge vans have a 90% bracket on the firewall that can be adapted to fit under the dash

late 70 early 80s dodge vans have the same setup but its on the firewall so you just have to change the mount alittle

i looks like they have bendable tubes running from the reservoirs to the master cylinder so you can mount them somewhere where you can fill them. probably gonna have to mount the reservoir above the m.c. for it to work correctly. i've never installed one or seen one in person so i could be wrong.

I made my own, and I fill it up through the glove box...



The tricky part is to get the correct petal travel to rhe correct master cylinder travel. I had the bracket for the Dodge van, but the room I had to work with, it just didn't work. Here is what the van assy. looked like.

Thanks for all the info! Is that from a fullsize Dodge van? Justin, how did you calculate pedal ratio? I like the setup you built. I may have to do something like that on mine.
