i have some pictures of the build also
that looks simple enough. Is the brake booster an issue on these trucks?

my 20x8.5 hit the booster when it's layed out (traditional bodydrop), so i got an older fullsize booster that is workin out. but i have pretty much nothing but the motor in there.
So this truck should be fine with the booster since it is not body dropped. When you say nothing but the motor, did you get rid of the heater also?
I think with 20's on frame you will hit the stock booster. the 7" gm booster is a pretty simple swap though.
So if we were to go junk yarding what would we look for?
just go on ebay and lookup 7" dual diaphram booster
thanks guys, this helps a lot. Does the blower motor get in the way when you tub the fire wall?
i even bought a 8'' booster and my 20's cleared it, and i also had to remove my heater and blower box to tub the firewall for 20's, but now i think i need a smaller 7'' booster cause im going to run 22's this winter why can i never make up my mind
here is a pic of mine, its stock floor body drop on 20s but will lay 22's
