Ur gonna have to cut all of that bad clear off and at least seal and paint it. I would epoxy prime then block it and paint as normal

Not gonna be able to save that silver man at the very least all that clear needs to come off and a 2k or epoxy sealer sprayed then base and clear it

i just have one question since this guy is done with the thread.
can epoxy sealer be sprayed over any surface such as rattle can primer, old paint, bare metal?

Old prepped paint or bare metal nothing needs to be sprayed over rattle can paint or primer, it must be completely removed

Rattle can pri er should be completely removed before any real paint goes on....It is designed to be sprayed over properly prepped bare metal and it can be sprayed over old paint, but its nice to start with a bare metal substrate if at all possible.
