97-03 F-150 spindle swapp on 04-current model

I currentley have some 24" 6LUG wheels that fit an 04-current F-150, I want to know if I can make the 97-03 F-150 a 6LUG bolt pattern.

can i swap the rotors or axles?

any help would be appreciated.
