After many months of waiting im back in full swing with the frame here had a second nasty ear surgey then the holiday came up, got my car repainted and had many parts custom made for the rear suspension and this is the result... p.s. a few shots of my car

where did you get your bender...and how much..and i have always wanted to know how to make the bar ends mount like that ...what do you seld on the end of the rube to holt the bolt..i thought mabe a thick washer or do you make something to fit the tube

bender and die from jd2.com cost 600 for bender and the 1 die for 1.5 tubing each die is roughly 100 - 300 depending on size and diameter of bend the bar end mounts i made with old link tabs i had layin around and cut them round with a plasma cutter then welded them up or you can make new ones but washers arnt the best, you want the center hold to be the same as the bolt and a washer is typically larger than what fits in it. any litte bit of play can cause problems in the future
