67-72 stepside question.

hey guys. I have a question. I am getting a 71 stepside this weekend and I have already gotten someone to bag it. my question is what is the biggest wheel I can lay flat rocker with? I know I can make the rear fenders a bit taller but how much will that get me? I would like to fit 24's if at all possible. let me know guys. thanks.
