The bolt pattern is the same, 8 x 6.5" circle, "old" (pre-'93) Dodge center bore is 4.75", your Chevy is 8 x 6.5" with a 4.56" center bore. So, you would absolutely NOT want to drive on them because these are hub pilot wheels, they will not be correctly centered, but they will bolt up and let you get it onto a trailer.
Here's one catch, I can't remember the wheel stud size for either. I think the Dodge would have 1/2" studs, and the Chevy should too but you should be sure before you get in the middle of this job.
