tires and rear axle flip kit?

okay so bare with me im new to lowing stuff i have always went with lifted trucks, My project is a 82 c30 cclb dually i just put a 12v cummins in it and im looking to lower it i was wondering if there is kit to put the rear axle on top of the leaf springs rather then under also i got 24.5s 10 lug and was wondering what low pro tires people have used on them?

Yeah flip kit is out there for almost everything, including your squarebody, from several different manufacturers.
No low pro tires out there for 24.5's, you have to have the wheels milled down to 24's, then there are a couple different sizes people run depending on their setup.
There's a few different people that mill the wheels, if there's nobody near you, you could consider shipping them to Trevor at TN Wheel & Tire, he's a site sponsor and the man when it comes to milling, adapters, etc.
