01-04 front end conversion on 89-95

anybody got some pics of this? about to change my front end and was thinking of this. I saw on on here a while back but can't seem to find it. Also how would I go about the fenders where they meet the hood? would I have to just graft the 01-04 to the tops of my fenders? any info would help too. thanks.
