I haven't read anything saying that fender widening is needed for 19"(direct bolt on) wheels. This is the way I am leanin unless a set of 22's come up for very reasonable.
I can't really speak to the turning radius.
Here a truck I saved a pic of that has direct fit 19's- i think is looks pretty good. Though I'd love to see one on Eagle 058's.

no you will will be fine you wont need to make any mods or loose turning radius
