Late 90's dually owners and builders...

I am looking for some pics and info or duallys with the rear set up for towing. Also a little info on what all was done to it. And how I can get the most lift out of it. I am not sure if I am putting a gooseneck receiver in it, but I will definatley be towing my 28' bumper pull travel trailer.
