however " Lockone " Trevor at Tn w&t has wonderful to work with and had great customer service

And there you have it, you can deal with some guys that "might be" OK, maybe they hired someone that has better people skills, dunno. Or you could deal with someone who is cool, supports duallyscene, and is on here helping people, answering questions, etc. all the time.
