seal sealer/body filler or weld it

what should i do one this tack it some more and use some filler or weld it up then filler ...this is only a filler plate

If there is a seem under that peice I would weld it as solid as possible. You bed floor is gonna flex allot. That will be the first place it will give.

its weldes under it and the 3 cross braces under it are welded also this is just to cover the v between the to humps ..i was gonna tack it about every 1/4

I think that should work fine then.

I would tack it then fill

if your going to fill it.you need to weld it fully...regardless of what is underneath it...

why its not gonna crack
