^^knows his shit
dude are you a gm tech?I work at a gm dealership and work in parts.but i see you quoting shit off SI all the time.
but i see guys reprogramming tire press sensors with that cheesy looking tool that looks like a bagphone!
does that not work on 08s?
hey fella's thanks 4 the info. i had no clue bout individual sensors in each wheel. my last truck was a 05 z71 and didnt have this silly shit. thanks again...
YEA I AM A GM MASTER TECH..ANND THE PROGRAMER LOOKS LIKE AN OLD HAND HELD VIDEO GAME WITH AN ANTENA
on my 07 yukon, i didnt put the sensors in the new wheels, but i bought some sensors off ebay, for 07 chevy trucks, would i be better off putting the sensors from the stock wheels on, or the ones i bought, because i knowe every time i put my stock wheels on, it reads the sensors, would the new ones i got have to be programmed. whats easier. and does the dealer charge to program them.
id also heard that some wheels with a certain degree on the wheel lip wont be able to pickup the sensors either. good luck i still havent do anything about mie yet
if the rim lip is too big you can put the tool on the actual tire and it will read it. do it all the time at work.
i work for walmart tire and lube and believe it or not but we started carrying stem sensors they start out at $60.00 and we have the hand held reprogrammer.

is there a discount tire close to you, whoever mounted probably broke the sensor or cracked it, we re program and put new ones in all the time
