Fender help

Ok im new here to the site. I have a 02 dodge on 22s. I am looking into getting wider fenders and have sent a few emails to some places in houston tx since I live in the dallas area. Could yal help me out with somewhere to send a pair of fenders to have them stretched about 4 inches each. I would attempt to do them myself but I dont have a clue about fiberglass work. Any help would be appreciated guys.
