i agree, but anyone whos running hydraulics probably doenst care about ride quality.
mount the cylinders solid, run no springs and accumulators
I did this awile ago to the blue mazda in my profile no longer have pictures on site and is now RX-7. I used solid lower bars with energy suspension bushing gusseted the underside and used 6",8" and 12" kept wanting more lift . Had them mounted close to the back of the cab wall . With a 6 Inch cylinder you will get more lift then you will ever need no matter the size wheel . Further away from the axle the cylinder is mounted the more lift
You should easily be able to mount a 6 inch hidden under the stock bed if you get sideport style cylinders and mount them on the bars

if you dont know what your talking about dont talk shit. my shit rides like a caddy, gets more lift than similar setups with bags, and doesn't leak a drop of oil.
to the question about the angle you can use the cylinders on an angle but i wouldnt go too much. then the cylinder wont be able to support much weight at the center when extended and can snap.
this was the set up on my buddys truck it had 2inch solid bar with 4 3/8 gussets that ran the hole length of the bar it got like 48inchs of lift on 10 inch cylinders

yeah...because i have never taken a ride in a juiced vehicle before...
theres many nice trucks with hydraulics, and i totally think juice is cool; but, ive been in ones that ride relatively smooth but most are bouncy. everytime i have cruised with a group of people, most of the time its the guy with juice thats changing part of his suspension in a parking lot somewhere...sorry its just what i have seen. yeah, go ahead and say how your shit is the best i believe you.
thats a really old pic, pretty craptastic work.nothin what it looks like now
