Seen a few. There is one here in town with a regular truck bed on it with about 10" of lift.

Pretty damn cool. Friend of mine had a similar-era Travelall he called the Bismarck. Looks like they used a lot of the same body parts kind of like how Chevy did pickups/Suburbans.
