Here's what the sparkplugs looked like when I changed them in September. Funny part is it didn't make a difference in the way it ran.

Mine used to do that to, though not as bad. A good tune up, and fluid were flused, took the idle down a notch. Haven't seen amoke since. Though I dropped my idle cuz it was runnin at about 1000rpm instead of 800.

It hardly does it since it's warmed up outside which kinda makes me think it's something in the carb.
