With swagelok fittings you dont need to flare anything, flaring 1/2" is a pain. I bought an Imperial 364-FHB-08 hand bender, it works nicley, you just have to lean on it a little to get the bend started.

What are some prices of the lines and the fitting just to get a estimate of the price difference between steel and plastic....

wow! looks like I'm going to be spending around $350.30 for 15 3/8" fittings
