4 runner headlight wiring

is there anything special that needs to be done to adapt the headlight plugs to a pickups wiring harness?are all the wires gonna be the same?

No the plugs are not the same.
You need to buy the 4runner pigtails. Pepboys or Autozone should have them.

i have the 4 runner plugs already.so i should be able to just splice the wires together.wires all the same color?

i doubt there the same color, should be high beam low beam and ground. test lights work wonders.

Yea I got my pigtails at Shuck's and it was cake to wire. Just dont go the cheap way and use connectors, spend the extra time and solder them together.
