arent the bumpers different though?

matt you're thinking of older and newer chevys/gmc... that model year range the fenders, headlights, bumper, and grills are completely different

btw gmc definately looks better

for the 03-06.. different grilles, hoods, fenders, and bumpers....

88-98= gmc99-02= chevy03-06= gmc07-08= gmc

Ive always favored GMC. From the 50s on.

i like the Gmc front.One thing that i have seen is that most gmc trucks are cheaper to buy than chevy.we looked at buying a new gmc to a new chev both had all the same options and the gmc was almost 3500.00 cheaper for some odd reason.my buddy that works for chev says that its the chev name that costs extra as chevy is seen as the flagship for there truck line and gmc more as a work truck line.even though the both are pretty much the same excet for maybe a few small things.

dont tell my chevy but i like the gmc front best,but godfathers offers a vetical grill for the chevy that looks even better
