I'm looking at a set of 3/8" ASCO valves and was wondering what the DIN switch was for? This is basically my next step after the front end is done and would like to know ahead of time.
The DIN connector is a plastic body with metal female connections to plug into the metal prongs on the valve. The body of the DIN connector screws into the soleniod, you then run your wire into them. The wire is secured to the metal contacts of the DIN connector. Its a great way to be able to disconnect power from you valves without multiple connections.
Do you have 1/2" or 3/8"?? I'm looking for someone to get me measurements on the 1/2" ones so if you got em let me know and I'll hook you up with mounting brackets at cost.
i have some 1/2inch herion i dont know if the bodys are the same though
I have a set of 1/2" Ascos sitting in my closest. Let me know what kind of measurements you need and I'll see if I can help you out.

i have the 1/2 inch ascos in stock, i can send you one and you can do what you need to do and send it back if you pay for shipping both ways, i dont need a set of valve brackets, ive made some already so let me know if you want to borrow one.
are these good valves? never really heard of em till recently when i got a sick sonoma with asco valves..... later
i think they are the best valve on the market, small, quiet, reliable, accurate to the switch, and they run great at high and low psi
^^ great thanks..sounds like ill be good to go. later
