f*cked up headlights

i wen tout to my hoe today and i had headlights but no brake lights and the dashlights where out and the interior lights stayed on. i took headlight switch out and moved it checked the wires and when i moved it towards the dash it clicked and the interiors went out but still no dash or brakes any ideas? i switched it out with a good headlight switch and it still doesnt work

probably a ground somewhere.

i pull on the wires commin off the switch and nothing but when i push the switch into the dash to the same point everytime it clicks and the interiors go off. if i pull switch out and pulls wires it doesnt work just when swtch is in that spot.

usually dash and tail/brakes are on the same fuse. Check that.

mine did that to and it was that plastic switch on the brake pedal really cheap to buy but a pain in the ass to change i promise you
