Layin the front of my 89b2200?

So i took the shocks out, flipped the upper and lowers..I am about to cut the bump stop mounts out..It feels like its binding? I looked under at the lower control arm.Do you notch it anywhere? or what do you think the problem is? Theres no torsion bars either

what size wheels?

you have to notch the lower where the frame hits it, and if it is hitting it you will see it right away because it leaves a mark on the control arm.
